Unify design on all pages #31

Currently, we use a bit of React Native built-in components, a bit of NativeBase, and a bit of other components. It would be nice to use NativeBase for most components where possible, to get a unified design. For example, all headers in all pages and modals should probably use NativeBase.

This won't make the cut for the initial release, as we only really need a minimum viable product.
