Decide on counting behavior for pedometer todos #44

When should Pedometer todos start counting? From the creation date, or during the date on which they are set? This is a pretty fundamental question which needs answering.

I think Ruben implemented it in a way such that the counting will start from creationdate (not the set date) and keep counting even if the todo is overdue until it is completed.
