Admin Requirements:

  1. The admin must be able to view the received and not received table. Received by means of receiving their allowance
  2. Ths admin must be able to remove the scholar who are not scholars anymore and who didn't pass the requirements for financial assistance
  3. The admin must be able to add and update the list of scholars and financial assistance if they give the requirements
  4. The admin must be able to sort the data by location or ID
