update with a complete cstagger.py including derivative functions and using cpython. Working version of ebysus.py following Mikolaj's format and my own interests. A much larger list of composite variables and several minor edits.

added do_mesh def and some bugs fixed for mm variables since they have different array format. Viggo contributed to fix it.
