Add back vis tools #52

The vis tools were removed by 393a2b94513042c5e6c4ece2bea703. This should not have been removed. They are old but still work, and are used by some of the RH visualisation notebooks. Adding back here. Please do not remove!

They are not imported by default, so not affect existing scripts.
