Fix broken reselease action #89

The release action is broken. https://github.com/ITC-CRIB/jupyter-fairly/actions/runs/9081282678/job/24954745998 Pushing the package using twine works. The issue may be related with the changes in authentication in PyPI. We will try updating the token or registering action.
