Downloads of Rapid Transport should only include polygons, not lines or stations #123

The line and station data for Rapid Transport is part of the Transit Explorer and we don't have the license to distribute it. We can only offer the 'people near' polygons for download. Please remove the lines and stations from the download .zip file.
