When comparing cities/districts on an indicator that only has one timepoint, the Atlas shows a column graph. It lists the name of each city/district twice -- once below the x-axis of the graph, and once in a 'legend' above the graph.
I suggest keeping only one of those lists, and I prefer to keep the labels on the x-axis and get rid of the legend.
Of course, we definitely need to keep the legend for line graphs (indicators with multiple timepoints)!
