Los Angeles area does not include counties #38

After specifying the distinction of counties in the Los Angeles area, data only highlights Orange County. Does not include Riverside, San Bernadino, or Los Angeles County

This is because most of those counties lie outside the LA urban agglomeration. I'll consider widening the search when identifying analysis areas.
