Unable to view an indicator at the global level after viewing a city where that indicator is not available, even after resetting

1. Select an indicator available everywhere (like Population Density)
2. Open a city where People Near Frequent Transport is not available (like Havana)
3. Reset the map
4. You will not be able to select People Near Frequent Transport at the global view, nor any other indicator that is not available in Havana
