People Not Near Highways -- exclude tunnels #76

Highways in underground tunnels, which are becoming more and more common at least in European cities. Out of curiosity, I checked the place where I live in Brussels, and according to the map, I would be one of the poor people affected by a nearby grade-separated urban highway. However, since almost the whole road, except for the small sections marked in red in the screenshot below, runs in long underground tunnels, I am not really bothered by it in terms of noise or air pollution. Since this is a very densely populated area of the city, the calculation would probably change a lot if you take out the tunnel sections of grade separated highways.
