I just reviewed it, adding the 2 high-res assets that were missing.

I've choose to keep \subsubsections for each TOD principles in section "TOD Principles" (even this is not what was sent by the author) because: each of these have \titles inside and a visual hierarchy is needed.

I'v seen three alternatives to fix this:

1. Use \title{Principle} for current subsubsections and \highlight{Objectives} and modify the style so \title uses the volume color
2. Remove subsection "TOD Defined" and let the principles as subsection.
3. Create a new section "33.3 TOD Principles", so 32.2 would be "TOD Definition, no subsection"

(While writing this I've got confidence that 2 is better for now, so will do and commit here, instead of branch... but will open issue suggesting \title to use volume color)

In my perception, all images are good enough to be in the guide, but [ ] currently figures 33.7 to 33.10 could be improved
