For the record, Giorgio first reached out via email and kindly brought the issue here again to experiment with the GitHub interface per my request (Thank you Giorgio), in his email he mentioned that

you can see from the our past exchange of emails Saverio has collaborated with Brendan, Christoff Krogskeepers, Pratik Dave and me to this chapter. "
