Elements:

landing page
acknowledgments
table of contents
???

Steps:

[x] define what will be hardcoded, what will be parametric and what will simply be imported (but has to be documented)
[ ] parse the configuration (and tests)
[x] html output (for now, it still has some hardcoded bits)
[ ] provide the front matter for the PDF output (assigned to @thaiscmlima)
[ ] pdf output
[x] add the (temporary) content
