the tool is named manu
the files have the .manu extension
and the format/language the files are written in is the Manuscript Markup Language

Tasks:

[x] update the build and rename the tool
[x] update the tool's help/usage messages
[x] update the generated banners (html and tex)
[x] rename all guide source files
[x] update the server build
[x] update auxiliary files (such as .bat and .hxproj)
[x] add the cool icon : )
