Uploader provides now basically two options:
(a) save uploaded files in default location in user home,
(b) save uploaded files in predefined folder that is configured in Share config for the form in question.
Sometimes we need the third option - allow users to upload new files to a specific location, rather than a default location. So, the user chooses destination manually for each file uploaded.
Use case is quite obvious - users sometimes really know what all these files are about and want just save few clicks by uploading them directly from workflow start page to the desired location.
