This is a to-do list for the Accra setting, which includes data, parameters, and any special functions required. Please add to it any items that are missing, and tick off items when they are complete.

• [x] population file using agreed geographies -- population_accra.csv -- LG

• [x] weights for synthetic population expansion -- LG

• [x] update GBD data (for year 2017, including endometrial cancer)

• [ ] distribution for BACKGROUND_PA_SCALAR (amount to scale non-zero, non-travel PA)

• [ ] number for BACKGROUND_PA_CONFIDENCE (how confident are you about the number of zeros in the PA survey on a scale of 0 to 1?)

Accra population updated to agreed boundaries (Greater Accra Metropolitan Area - 12 districts). In the main folder, population is based on sex- and GAMA-specific 2017 projections. A new folder (accra_2010) was created in case we decide to use the 2010 census data.

Weights were calculated getting the expected sample by age band and sex applying the relative frequency observed in the 2010 census.

Weights were assigned to each individual in "data/local/accra/trips_accra.csv".

I suggest we multiply weights by 10 and round them to the closest integer to expand the synthetic population. This will create a synthetic population of around 25750 individuals. Differences in relative frequencies in all sex and gender groups will be < 1 p.p. contrasted with census.
