Describe the bug Navigating to Home/Privacy causes a NullReferenceException

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Footer
  2. Click on Privacy & Disclaimer
  3. See error

Expected behavior A view containing the Privacy & Site Disclaimers Statement should appear.
