Remove coverage version restriction #44

This will cause a conflict in requirements and is no longer needed

What do these changes do?

gets rid of the coverage version restriction which will cause a conflict in requirements

@sanderegg the CI reeeally doesn't like this... but I don't really understand the reason. I've tried re-running but this doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

@sanderegg I saw that you incorporated the change into your PR so I will close this one (but all the checks still fail)
