avoids pip-compile main requirements because those are used to install tools to check the cookiecutter. Not all versions of a given library are installed in all python versions ... for that reason 3.6 failed to pass tests.

ok, shall we not just remove 3.6? it's anyway end of life. and that is for osparc right?

Agreed. I upgrade the matrix and even added 3.10
