Discussion points:

we should try to keep machines closer to us (fast SSH and so on)
we can run some AWS Service in different region (e.g. SES) but other Services closer to us
- use terraform provider and / or VPC Peering
All AWS Service shall be moved from default region
Also Consider prices of different region
