🎨 [Frontend] Request Account form for Billable products #5951

What do these changes do?

The Request Account form will be shown on those products that invitation_required and are billable.

I guess that the form for TIP will change a bit, for now, only the Privacy Policy link was updated, it points to IT'IS Privacy Policy.
