📖 @odeimaiz why not to use the announcements for this? This way you reuse colors, hide functionality, etc ... It looks very strange this disclaimer just below the login :-)

I'm aware it looks ugly, it wasn't intended to be pretty, the plan is to have it there to get some feedback. The announcements mechanism is for "dynamic" messages, this will stay there forever. @pcrespov
