Problem when Uploading File to S3 for the 1st Time

Long story short

The browser behaved strange when I uploaded a 1st file to my so far empty S3 storage.

Expected behaviour

When I upload the file it should show up in the tree. Just one file.

Actual behaviour

When I uploaded the 1st file it seemed as if 3 same folders appeared in the tree at the same time. When I refreshed, it was fine ... the 2 additional folders disappeared.
