Quiver capacity #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.take an empty quiver
2.try to add 500 arrows
3.the most you can add is 480

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should hold the 500. Added a new Quiver of Infinity to make sure it wasn't
a left over from before the change and 480 was the max amount my player
could place in the quiver.

What version of the product are you using?
MalGannis 53 SVN

Please provide any additional information below.
Will craft some one my player so confirm this is happening with all the
quivers as posted by my players, thanks!

Not a bug. Arrows must be placed in and only able to do it while in player 
backpack.
Have to be lined up very closely, sorry for the issue. Crafted an elven quiver 
and
retested on Infinity and all ok.
