What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get the journal out of the shimmering Effusion room or:
2. [add DenthesJournal and opens up a delivery objective to Verity
3. Go to Verity and all she will do is offer the Friend of the Library 
Quest.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I believe there is an issue with the Deliver part of the quest since 
Verity does not recognize it when you speak with her, but the timer on the 
book also changes each time you move it in your backpack(200 seconds, 520, 
etc. it is all over the place when I believe as in the script it should 
start at 3600)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest ML SVN and 2.0 up to date

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested as staff and as a player already a friend of the library on both.
