Serious Bug with Statue Maker

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get the block to sculpt a Player Statue
2. Use Animal Form and scupt your statue
3. IF you place the design(finalize it)ALL clients approaching the home, 
not even in the home will crash :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Need to have a check that you can not use a body mod while scuplting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest ML Svn and 2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
We were able to do a [global interface where characterstatue and delete 
the one causing the client crashes and pinpointed the fact he was in 
animal form while designing his statue. He redid the statue(when I deleted 
it it game him the block back in his backpack!)I deleted that and gave him 
a new block to sculpt, NOT in animal form and everything is fine.
Will report if any other bugs appear from his, he has it placed on the 3rd 
floor of his custom built house, but I am 99.9% sure it was the animal 
form issue.

Yes this is true if anyone cast animal form from the ninjitsu book or the 
regular
spell book and any other book that will make you a animal form and you stay in 
animal
form and use the block maker it will create you as animal form so yes its true i
tested today .

Plus being in animal form and using the block maker hit cancel puts the block 
maker
in backpack and a deed as well.

Ok i went on osi and used Polymorph spell and any other spell from any book that
makes you change to certain type of creatures or even turn your self into male 
or
female from the polymorph and when you do that double click the block maker or 
the
character statue deed tells you when targeting ground to built You may only 
proceed
while in your original state...
