Blighted Grove Peerless Teleport problem

Ok everything seems to work correct but when you kill Lady Mel you get
message that you got like 600 sec to be out of there to loot her corpse.
The thing is once your done in there you go to the ladder leave and if your
in town or house or doing a hunt in a dungeon after the 600 sec you still
get teleported back out from Blighted Grove. So theres so be a check if you
leave on your own so it dont teleport you back outside Blighted Grove. Also
when you first get your get after you drop the masterkey in the basket in
Blighted Grove you get teleported in to fight Lady Mel but as ive said
before you got the other keys that teleported you in which you used one you
still got 2 or 3 on you which thats ok but if im in there by myself and i
double click a key again it will give you that gump are you sure you want
to teleport your party you hit yes teleports you back to beginning since
its thinking your going to teleport a party so there should be a check on
that too so it wont teleport you again should only teleport party .

I'm assuming as well that this happens on all the peerless after killing them
teleports you back after you have lefted.

Actually i wasnt able to reproduce the first thing. Maybe if you left without 
using 
a gate (players must use the gate to properly exit). Did fix the second thing 
tho.
