Lady Mel teleporting off limb #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the Blighted Grove Boss 
2. Lady Mel will teleport to the ground area below the limb and has one 
time teleported inside the main trunk area(hard to see exactly where she 
was)
3. ALSO: Players can teleport to the lower level, missed how they did that 
I will ask and post on that one.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Perhaps in SpellHelper that area needs to be added and the can teleport 
needs to be false.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest SVN and RunUO 2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
(WIll post reports from players on where they teleported from, but I had 
to stay with them through the whole battle, because Lady Mel kept 
teleporting down from the limb)

Fixed in SVN 24.
