Region XML Document Glitch on New Haven #64

The reason why you still get cant find type NewHavenGroom and NewHavenBride
that shows in console its cause you forgot to edit the Region XML Document
Which it's in there.

You should take out [Constructable] from NewHavenEscortable since if you do add 
in
game [add NewHavenEscortable they don't have title that way just says there name
would suggest to add 2 more npc in the NewHavenEscortable which is the wandering
healer and the peasant the samething goes for TownEscortable should have the
wandering healer and the peasant like osi.

oh not that important but the wandering healers if added should be able to 
resurrect
a dead player like osi.

On TownEscortable line 169 Serpent' is spelled wrong got it from console invalid
region  so need to change this Seprent's to This Serpent's.
