Quivers Damage + Poison #67

Ive noticed that the artifact quivers are doubling the base damage on 
weapons.

With no quiver i hit for say 38-50 but when i equipd quiver of elements i 
can hit for 72-100

Also the darkglow and parastic poison seems to be uncureable.

I didn't find anything wrong with the quiver. Sometimes you can hit more 
because it 
deals random damage type and maybe the monster has some of the resists low.

With the quivers it works in PVP full 70 resists if you have anybow and quiver 
of 
elements and cast consentrate weapon you deal double the damage.
