Quiver of elements dealing double damage in pvp.

with a full 70 resist suit and a second chara using quiver of elements 
they are able to do double damage in pvp i believe the chaos damage is 
stacking when using this quiver..

It doesn't. Check your quiver maybe it has some aditional damage type (not in 
script, in game via [props).
