Heritage Items and ML 47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Changes were made to AnimalForm.cs in ML 47. Heritage package does not
have an updated AnimalForm.cs for the talisman.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
Merging RunUO 319 and ML 47 to server.

Please provide any additional information below.
Most I can figure out until it gets to some things in the gump - I hate
gumps :(

Upgraded animal form gump to ML, so now it should be easier to merge (SVN 48).
