Craftable Artifacts. #87

Do the craftable artifacts such as the Resillient Bracer, Spell Woven
Britches, Essence of Battle etc...  get crafted as ore hue? Or should it
retain the hue in their scripts?  

I have crafted the tinkerable jewelry and they are either plain hue or take
the hue of the ingots.  I thought they should be crafted the scripted hue
no matter what they were crafted with.  

Also Runics are not supposed to apply any additional attributes.  Am I
correct in assuming so?  This is taken from UOGuide.com....

"Note that Runic Tools cannot be used to further enhance craftable artifacts"

Also when crafting the tailoring artifacts (Spell Woven Britches) they
retain leather hue past normal leather and take on the leather attributes
as well.  Is this supposed to happen?  Or should they be crafted as
scripted no matter what is used for leather?
