`tools/geneos` - updating "related types" doesn't work as expected #165

If you are running a san, for example, and update the netprobe package then the SAN will not be restarted automatically. This is because of the way sans use a "package type" to link to the underlying installation (they can be normal or Fix Analyser 2 types).

This may have been fixed as part of other work. Need to re-test
