`tools/dv2email` - add abillity to send dataviews as excel attachments #188

Instead of a multipart mixed email, we should look at alternative content types such as XLSX and CSV as attachments.

With XLSX there should also be options for one attachment per dataview or one sheet per dataview, naming based on a pattern.
