apps: correct path to oconf dir oconf push #131

2021.10.1 introduced an issue where mon oconf push would fail to work when pushing to pollers on systems with non upstream naemon paths.

Rebase needed.

Right. I based this on top for the v2021.10.1 tag as we need release this as a hotfix, and there has been other changes on master. I was thinking to just rebase during merge, however if you prefer I can setup a new branch/pr, then we'll leave this one unmerged.

Aha, no, no need for a new PR as far as I'm concerned.

Seems github didn't catch it.
