Here we go! I don't have knitr set up, so I haven't rendered this yet to make sure it looks right.

Main bit of weirdness is that the first section imports a new York map. But the scenario JSON file from the other issue was in Leeds, so I switch to that map for part 2.

There is a scenario.json file for York in the releases also.
