As a user, I want to be able to like other tweets #340

Acceptance criteria

Data

[x] Likes need to be stored somewhere smart

UI

[x] A like-button with text or icon on cheep
[x] Like-count is shown in cheep next to button
[x] Unlike/like indicator whether cheep has been liked by user

Tests

[ ] User can like a tweet and the like-count goes up
[ ] User can un-like a tweet and the like-count goes back down
[ ] etc

Possible next issue could be sorting cheeps based on likes, or seeing total amount of likes on cheeps in about me.

@AlexTMIT I have added a reduntant button because I wanted the like button to be an svg of a heart, but I'm not very good at html, js and css. Can you look at it?
