Acceptance criteria:

[x] Make a method it possible to find authors by name
[x] Make a method that finds author by email
[x] Make it possible to create a new author
[x] Make it possible to get cheeps from a certain page
[x] Retrive cheeps from a certain page by a certain author identified by name
[x] Create a new cheep
[x] Make sure to create a new author when trying to create a new cheep by a author that does not exist
