Acceptance criteria:

[x] Create a navigation bar
[x] Make a public timeline button
[x] Make a my timeline button if the user is logged in
[x] Make a register button if the user isnt logged in
[x] Make a login button if the user isnt logged in
[x] Make a logout button if the user is logged in
