Acceptance criteria:

[x] Test that the "Post Cheep" box is visible iff it should be
[x] Test that attempting to post a too long Cheep shows an appropriate error.
[x] Test that the cheeps of an author are shown on their timeline endpoint
[x] Test that register account works as intended
[x] Test that login functionality works
[x] Test that default users can login (ropf + adho)
