Acceptance criteria

[x] The workflow should build and test the project when a new version that is accordingly tagged
[x] When all the tests pass automatically create executables for the following operating systems
- [x] Windows
- [x] Linux (x64)
- [x] MacOS (x64)
- [x] MacOS (ARM)
