As a developer, I want to write unit tests for the Chirp.CLI application, to ensure intended functionality.

Acceptance criteria:

Ensure correct conversion from UNIX timestamp to user-readable and vice versa

Definition of done:

Marked as completed task in parent issue
Unit test script pushed to the branch
