Add two end-to-end tests for the Chirp.CLI application #24

As a developer, I want to end-to-end test the Chirp CLI-application, to ensure that the whole system behaves as intended.

Acceptance criteria:

Passed test from "chirp read [limit]" with example data from chirp_cli_db.csv.
Passed test from "chirp cheep [message]".

Definition of done:

All acceptance criteria have been fulfilled.
Written tests for both "chirp read" and "chirp cheep".
Tests merged with main branch.
