On the public timeline, when logged in, all users other than "me" have either a [follow] or an [unfollow] next to their name, depending on whether I follow them or not
When logged in, you can choose to view a private timeline, which will consist of your own cheeps and the cheeps of the people you follow

UI test for unfollowing someone
UI test that the cheeps of followed people show up on the private timeline
UI test that unfollowing stops the cheeps of that person showing up on the private timeline
