Acceptance Criteria:

Review the existing test suite from the Chirp! CLI application.
Identify and refactor any unit tests that are still applicable to the Razor Pages application.
Remove or update any tests that depend on CLI parameters and output.
Ensure the refactored unit tests are integrated with the new Chirp! Razor Pages application and pass successfully.
