Acceptance Criteria:

Review the end-to-end tests from the Chirp! CLI application.
Identify tests that rely on CLI parameters and output.
Remove the outdated end-to-end tests that are no longer applicable to the web-based Razor Pages application.
Ensure that only relevant tests remain in the test suite.
