Feature - User information page and download userdata #169

Personal data now exports to a .csv file when user clicks "Download my data".

The page also displays known information in the browser now.

Further work may be needed to:

Enhance css
Take into account if user has sent more than 32 cheeps, so new methods in CheepRepository and CheepService may need to be added such that all the users cheeps are displaying in a long list instead of multiple pages.
