As a user, I want to be able to use my Github. So that I don't have to make a unique account. As a developer, I want a different entity to be in charge of authenticating users. So that I have less security responsibilities.

Acceptance Criteria

Set up Azure AD B2C and give everyone access
Use Microsoft Identity Platform to target your Azure AD B2C tenant

Definition of Success

It is possible to log in on Github, and Azure handles it
